Into the system is telling me that I need to pay again or enter the receipt number. When I enter the receipt number it gives me an error message and I'm not able to reschedule. Who can. I contact? My embassy is Santo Domingo. Thanks.

Call or email your embassy immediately. Give them your case number, receipt number, how you made the payment, interview date and time, and briefly explain what happened.

Hope you can get it back.

Good luck!

I just called them again and they told me that I need o repay a total of 265 because there is no way they can reinstate the receipt, because I

Can only reschedule 3 times and I had already rescheduled 2 times because of the sputum test. But yesterday was an accident and I had no idea of that policy. I am devastated that because of my mistake I have to pay again.
