Thank you so much! I was getting stressed thinking it was another expensive form that was required within the 90 days of his arrival. I'm glad we will have more time for that one.

And yes, the fee for the I-485 for AOS is going up on Dec. 23rd.

People who hate to see repeat questions could avoid commenting or sign out if its so detramental to help someone.

Oh definitely. Some days I don't sign on for that exact reason. It's not detrimental, just redundant. Especially when you start out your post by saying "no one tell me to read the guides". I just wonder why some don't or can't research/read for themselves. But I read contracts for a living so maybe it's easier for me.
