NOA2 does not have beneficiary's A number

I'm filling out a I-864a form for my dad (co-sponsor) and it requires my wife's A number. I looked at both my NOA1 and NOA2 and it's nowhere to be found! It's not above the Beneficiary's name like it should be!

If I call the USCIS, will they be able to sort this out?

I am livid right now because my wife just got her interview request in the mail and I don't have time for this right now!

They have not. Are you telling me they don't get an A number if they have not lived in the U.S. before?

If so, this is more evidence that the employees at RapidVisa don't know what the hell they are doing. They didn't tell me that!

Means they don't have one. So that part of the form is not applicable. Spouse won't have an ELIS number either.
