After our cases transferred to NBC, my ROC is with pending N 400, I guess it may depend on Local office interview schedule.

Where do you see todays approvals?

 

I have yet to see anyone with an NBC transfer get approved, from nov, dec or jan,  hope is all we have but isnt it wishful thinking to assume our cases are still in queue?

 

All the info we have points to NBC filers getting a combo with their N400 or just a simple I751 interview if no N400 filed. 

 

If our files are at NBC, why are we even looking at CSC processing time anymore?

Well if you use the case app . You ll get to see what I m talking about and I didn’t mention any of the case transferred to

NBC getting approval . I have contacted my senator and I ll see the outcome . We will have to go with CSC cos nbc got no processing time . But if you follow other pples thread most pple gets approval 4weeks to about 6weeks after transfer to NBC. I forgot the month I checked and most cases got approved weeks after being transferred to NBC . Let’s wish ourselves luck . God bless the United State and make our dreams come true .

4-6 weeks approvals would be nice. 🙏🏻

I think the only way is making a phone call and speak with tier 2 yesterday I did and she said nothing is happening in my file and she made a electronic request to see what is happening. she was really nice and she add my file was a California center not at the local office

Hi guys, December filer here

Havent posted on VJ for a long long time but decided to check what was going on today with my case status.

I've been checking on the normal mycasestatus with one of the receipt numbers that was on my biometric letter, since that was the only one that worked for a while, however while reading through the december filers thread I decided to give my NOA1 case number a go and it showed that

Case Was Received At My Local Office On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, 

 

 

 And then reading even more through the december filers thread I found the DHS page where you can check your case number, and low and behold, this page shows that my case was approved on May 23rd, and that my card was being produced on May 22nd. The weird part is that on the case history on the DHS page it says that "We corrected the your name for your case", however I never submitted any name change stuff, so I wonder what thats all about

Woohoo!  Email received overnight that there was action on my account.  The USCIS case status shows nothing, but the USCIS account shows my GC is being produced!  Yay, I guess I'm approved.  Once I get something in the mail, I can finally move on to N400.  Dec. 7 filer (17068)

Card was mailed to me 05/25/18

I received all these updates on Case Tracker app& USCIS app

I also received the updates via email.

We officially have 10 year green card in hand!

 

I didn't believe the case updates online, because, well this is USCIS, but we received the official notice yesterday, and the card today. 

 

Hopefully more December approvals are on the way for those still stuck at CSC like we were.
