Is NVC down today 120116?

I was trying to call nvc right now on two different phone numbers but they are busy. Only busy tone I hear. Is this normal? I never called around this time that is why I am wondering. Thank you.

Yes, it is best to call first thing in the morning or later evening

Just keep dialing and hanging up immediately on busy tone. Two years ago when I was trying to reach NVC, it was generally taking 1-2 hours before connecting via a ring. Note, after you get a ring, you'll often be placed on hold for another hour or so.

The best time of day that I and others were able to get through was to start dialing 15 minutes before the official call support hours started. Good luck.
