Can a family of three survive in America with a minimum wage? My husband and I will work in the US once he received his GC and I have a 7yo daughter.

Like I have to pay for the house rent, daycare, food, etc...

Will it be enough? Please share your experiences. Thank you!

Day care is going to run you around minimum 800 a month tthat based on mon-friday 6am-5pm but you can find it cheaper if you find people who run daycare out there home you may find it a little cheaper... For my family of 3 I spend around 100 a week but that's using coupons to bring the price down. Rent it all depends on where you live

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

December 1st: Interview day! APPROVED [Day 235]

December 5th: Case status changed from "fingerprint fee received" to "Approved" post dated Dec 1st [Day 239]

Received approval letter in the mail for Green card [Day 239]

December 6th: "Card was mailed to me" [Day 240]

December 8th: Green card received in mail!!! [day 242]

People do it, will not be nice, like anywhere else.
