CENOMAR at the interview in the embassy?

Not anymore.

 

There was a time period back in the day around 2008 when the USEM did document verifications.  After the interview they would have NSO send a copy of BC, and also get a Cenomar to verify the document you brought to the interview.

 

This turned into almost everyone going into AP for about 30 to 60 days after tentative visa approval, thanks to the hard work of a few people they were able to get this process stopped after a few months.

 

It also led to change in courier service from Delbros to Air21 for visa delivery in Philippines, and also led to "Robbie" the contact person at Delbros and the liaison person to the USEM to loose his/her job.
