Hey guys

So what documents do we need to take to the embassy? From what I gather from the London Embassy website it's:

1) Passport

2) Birth Certificate

3) Police Certificate

4) Affidavit of Support

5) Passport Photograph

am I right in thinking we DONT need to bring a copy of the I-129F nor the NOA1 or 2?

Only because we didn't make copies of the I-129F or the NOA1/2, so we no longer have those anymore once it all got transferred to the embassy

Thanks!

We don't have it - you can order a copy for a fee though right?

Yeah for about $400.

Found this one - I would go with that! ... $400 for a paper you might not need is crazy :)

Yeah I just read that too - it seems like it's a form that's nice to have but not absolutely necessary if you can prove approval other ways.

You don't need the NOA2/I-129F for the interview, right?

It doesn't say so on the London Embassy site, so it's all good :) gonna have my fiancé make copies of everything from here on out!

OP is doing K-1 not CR-1 so the document list is different.

And even CR-1s in London don't have to take the whole financial stuff if they went through the NVC.
