NVC CANT FIND MY PETITION! HELP!!!

We filed last Aug for my son (minor) and we received the approval last Oct 5th. I called NVC and they told me to email nvcresearch@sate.gov with a scanned copy of the approval notice. I did, they replied that it is not in their system and they'll be contacting USCIS. Any idea on how long will it take them to do this or for USCIS to forward (reforward?) our case? Or did anyone experience this before?

Hopefully someone here will have some useful advice. I am in the same boat, except my NOA 2 date was Sept 19th and i'm extremely frustrated at this point. Its been 9 weeks since my petition approval by USCIS AND TILL DATE NVC is yet to receive my petition. I have called and emailed both NVC and USCIS repeatedly to no effect. I have even scanned my approval notice to NVC Over 2 weeeks back, still nothing. I read somewhere here to call USCIS and request transfer to a tier 2 supervisor, which i did severally today, unfortunately i kept getting the automated message to set up a call back, which of course is impossible as im calling from overseas.

I dont know what to do at this point. Any advise on what to do to get some response from USCIS or at least speak with a live supervisor to track my petition will be very much appreciated.
