do you know if we withdrawal the k1, will her tourist visa be affected? I contacted NVC but havent heard back. Basically we may not go through with marriage so we are concerned that her tourist visa will be affected. She conducts business in USA and also likes to visit me but we just arent to sure about actually tying the knot at this moment due to our hectic and busy lives.

Yes absolutely on visiting before the interview.

If you withdraw the K1, they may look at her more closely when she visits with her business/ tourist visa, but if she can show strong ties to home, she should not be majorly affected.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
