Hi, I have paid AOS and IV bills and sent AOS Package as instructed by my solicitor but now my solicitor was asking for more money for filling out DS-261 & DS-260 forms, I refused to pay him more and now preparing my IV Package by myself (Thanks to VJ members) All forms are done and I have gathered all required documents for IV package too and I wanted to post it today. Only confusion is how to mark NVC cover sheet correctly. As I am going to send photocopies of supporting documents in IV Package but my question is about NVC cover sheet, what should I select in front of AOS Documents (AOS Package sent already) 'Enclosed' or 'Not Applicable' I want to know if its okay to send both packages separately, Though now I am reading posts from VJ members that they have sent both packages together but now I cant reverse it; so please help me with current scenario.TIA

Everything should be in one envelope now for NVC.

Take the cover sheet and mark whether each document is included, unavailable or not applicable. For example, if you have never been in the military, the military documents are not applicable.

Put the documents in the order they are listed on the cover sheet starting at the top.

Make sure you write your case number on the top of each copy you are sending.
