Was wondering if I can bring my laptop during my medical exam at SLEC so I can watch movies while waiting in between procedures (as many threads note wait times range from 1.5-2.5 hours!). I will also be bringing books and my phone, but if I get really bored, having my laptop would be nice haha.

Wednesday or Thursday are less busy (fewer children). Also don't go early, arriving later after SLEC is open you will have less waiting and get done just as quickly.

Do pre-register online.

I'm an advocate of going in late also. That's what my wife, Chinook, did.

The only potential downside to going in late is that occasionally SLEC won't allow you in because they are too busy. That can happen any day of the week, but try it on a Thursday and you improve your chances.
