Now i wanted to file for my children's K2 VISA FOLLOW TO join cause my visa expires this May 2017. and i dont know where to start to process their visa in the philippines.

My kids are ages 14 15 and 18..my two younger sons will be 15 and 16 this December and my oldest turning 19 on march next year.

Contact the embassy directly and inform them you wish to exercise K-2 follow-to-join benefits. They will instruct you as to the next steps.

Only need to complete the visa process at the embassy being they were listed on your I-129F, the same as you completed for Follow to Join BUT this must be completed before the ISSUED date of your visa. This means the K2 visas much be ISSUED before the issued date of your visa.

Follow the embassy instructions letter for your children: https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

Pay the visa fee, schedule the interview, complete the medical, attend the interview .

If you have passed the ISSUED date of your visa, or can't complete the Follow to Join within that time frame then your husband will have to file I-130s for each of your children.

Hello, I have some questions regarding applying K2 for my husband's kid, my husband currently under ROC (remove of Condition), do I have to file new I-130 for his son? When I apply for my husband, his kid is included, do I have to start whole new process? Can you tell me what are the steps?

Thanks

You filed a K-1 visa (I-129F) before for your husband and listed the child?  You have ONE YEAR from the time your husband's visa was ISSUED to complete the process for the child's visa to be issued to use the K2 FOLLOW TO JOIN.   If you are currently completing ROC you are way past that moment in time.  Yes, you need to file an I-130 for the child.

Here is the process:  https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/petition.html
