Hello guys we are finally gonna send our package and here is our cover letter! We hope it helps others and feel free to leave your comments ! We don't have any car insurance because we are eco friendly and we rather use public transportation :) We don't have any power of attorney docs so far cause we are so busy working we had no time to take care of that but we eventually will.... We hope our evidence is enough and we hope it can guide some people needing help to gather bonafide documentation!

Thank you!!!

I'm smiling at your list, because I included information about our cat in our package! You have some things in the first section which are NOT necessary (like a copy of the passports and your marriage certificate), but otherwise, it looks like you are heading in the right direction.

Even if they aren't in your package, I urge you to take care of wills and medical powers of attorney as soon as you can. Those are very important pieces of paper for your life!

I think you might have one typo that you could fix. I think the word you want is "surcharge" not "Su-charge".

Good luck to you!

Also, you do not need to include photos of US Citizen and Permanent Resident Spouse and copies of SS cards. If possible include tax transcripts and not tax returns. Rest of the package looks good to me.

Haha! That's funny, we love our dog it's our child and it's a joint document so we figure why not :)

Thank you I appreciate the correction on the typo!

We would like to take care of medical power of attorney and wills but just not at this second because it's close to holidays and we working a lot and not having a car is a bit of a hassle right now plus we are a very young couple so we don't own much...But we most certainly will as soon as we have a break from busy life lol

Thank you again :)

Thank you for your reply and important info!

We have been stressing about the passport pictures cause we wanted to do it ourselves...So we don't have to send it at all? wow! Thank you! That's even better!

And yes I meant tax transcripts someone in the forum told me to go to the online IRS where we were able to gain the official transcripts and those are the ones included in the package!
