Hi there,

My husband and I are currently living in Canada on Working Holiday visas. Our visas are set to expire at the end of June 2017. We are sending our I-130 to the Chicago Lockbox this week.

Does anyone know what will happen if we haven't completed the entire CR1 process before our Working Holiday visa expires? If we stay we will be violating our Canadian visa (can't imagine this will look good on our application). Our only option would be to go back to Ireland to wait until our visa is complete (but we are filing out of Canada).

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

With that timeline best to assume you will interview in Ireland.
