Good day! My husband has 2 part time jobs and he just started his business this year. I am wondering if we need to declare all his job details and docs on AOS form although one of his part time jobs already meet the financial requirements? We already paid AOS fee and we would like to be ready before submitting the Documents needed to NVC. Pls enlighten us. Thank you!

You definitely should report all jobs your husband has. The reason this is important is that you will be asked to provide tax transcripts for the last 1 - 3 years. Presumably, he's held these multiple jobs last year as well? In that case, he would've had to report all of his income (from all jobs) while filing taxes. It's going to look a bit strange if there's a dropoff in income between last year's tax return and this year if you don't report all jobs.

His one part time job, it already meets the financial requirements and that's his main job from 2013 upto present. While his other part time job, he just started month of august this year which is not yet on his taxes. His 3 job is his busineas which just started this year month of March. We only declared one job (main job) to USCIS, it won't be a problem if we declare them all now at NVC?

not sure why he didnt say he had 3 jobs to the uscis, but yes you should declare all 3 on the I-864 for the CO.

Even if the first job alone already meet the financial requirements?

And also the other two jobs (business and part time) he just started this year. It is not in his taxes yet.

If we need to declare all jobs, do we need to get the employment letter of each job? And for his business do we need to make a self employed letter? We only have license and invoices for his business. Is that enough?

For his self employment he just started this year so no tax yet. Thats why we're confused if we need to declare it. ?

Yes you MUST write down all jobs
