My baby is born in UK and I am in UK and have USA passport but my baby can't get automatically USA passport as I don't fulfil the criteria of physical presence i.e 5 years in US and 2 years after the age of 14, but grandparents fulfil this criteria of physical presence, what process should I follow to get my baby's USA passport.

You will need to start with form N-600K.

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

You should be able to register the baby as a US citizen provided that you are yourself a US citizen. As far as the 5 year requirement, have you lived at least a period of 5 years in the United States? You said the grandparents are residing in the US currently. If said grandparents are in the US, I'm assuming that they are your parents and you lived them prior at some point during your teenage/formative years to some capacity in the US before/in between living abroad. If you're not sure, request an appointment with your embassy and prepare to fill out the N-600k just in case. You might even be able to apply for citizenship for your child if you do not not meet the requirements.
