We ran into some questions when filling out this form. I am the wife the petitioner of my husband who will be coming to the US. On his part of the form where it asks for alien registration number what do we put? Because in egypt all he has or uses is his ID number or his passport number. Also here in Egypt they use his name like Muhamed Mahmoud Ismail Sheata. But on the form they ask for family name. What is his family name? Ismail? Or Sheata? Next, his address. He has two street names. HOW DO we right that? Then on the part C of the form it asks list the spouse and all children of your relative? Is that me or him?

On his part of the form where it asks for alien registration number what do we put?

Unless you're husband has previously applied or held a Green Card, it is likely he does not have an alien registration number. This number gets assigned much later in the process. Simply type "None". You are also unlikely to have this number as you are a US citizen at this point, simply write "None" as well.

Also here in Egypt they use his name like Muhamed Mahmoud Ismail Sheata. But on the form they ask for family name. What is his family name? Ismail? Or Sheata?

Names can be confusing, believe me, having applied for my wife in India!! Here's what I always did, look at his passport; what does it say for Surname? Use this as his Family name. What does it say for his Given Name; use this as his First Name.

Next, his address. He has two street names. HOW DO we right that?

If both street names are part of his POSTAL address (i.e., the address required to get him a package or letter), then you need to include it. If there is insufficient space, simply type "See Attachment". You can then type up his address on a separate piece of paper where you should have plenty of room to type his full and complete address. On this attachment be sure to include: (i) your name, social security number, and date of birth; (ii) the beneficiary's name and date of birth; (iii) the words "Attachment for Form I-130" at the top; (iv) followed by the particular section you're providing additional information for (e.g., Section C, Part 2). Finally, be sure to sign and date the additional sheet.

Then on the part C of the form it asks list the spouse and all children of your relative? Is that me or him?

You're referring to question number 17, correct? This is information about your relative (i.e., your husband). At the minimum you would need to list his spouse there (that would be you); if he has any children, you would need to list them here.

Best of luck.

If your spouse never had a visa to the USA, then he doesn't have one
so the answer is N/A
Alien Registration Number ("A" Number) or Alien Number
A unique seven-, eight- or nine-digit number assigned to a non-citizen at the time his or her A-file is created. The 9-digit U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services number listed on the front of Permanent Resident Cards (Form I-551) issued after May 10, 2010, is the same as the Alien Registration Number. The A-number can also be found on the back of these Permanent Resident Cards.

I think you should know your husband's surname. While not everyone has a surname, or a given name, it sounds like a series of names is common in your husband's country. You should be able to ask him which are his given names (first and middle) and which are his surname(s).
