hello guys i filed my aos marriage based  1-485/1-131/1-130/1-765 concurently. I will post my timeline it might somehow help you all!. my service center is NBC/MSC.   oct. 3/16- se

Our online status reflected the same thing, but when we received the card it had approval for both travel and work authorization.

Got our cards on Friday 77 days from NOA 1 and 99 Days from when package was mailed.  Good luck to all those still waiting!

11/04 NOA letter (Day 22) 

11/18 Biometrics appointment letter received. Bio Date of 12/2 (Day 36)

12/02 Biometrics taken (Day 50)

01/13 EAD approved via USCIS webpage (AP was never updated on web) (Day 92)

01/17 AP approved via NOA in mail  (never got written NOA for EAD in mail) (Day 96)

01/18 EAD Card Mailed (Day 97)

01/20 Combo Card received in Mail  (Day 99)

im adjusting through family based petition/pending I-485..when is your priority date? my interview is coming up on jan 31st.. you should be getting your interview notice soon.. my interview will be in louisville, ky.. so far everything works fast in my part.. i will all let you know about what happen to my interview soon.. im currently compiling more evidence and had 2 binders of all the supporting documents. one is originals and the other one is photocopies..

my PD for the I-30 is July 2010 and I did the AOS 10/11/2016 based on chart b family based category fb1. if there is an interview for me it will be in Louisville too. best of luck

I still haven't got any news on my I765. Anyone else waiting this long? Today makes it 104 days since they received my application.

I'm still waiting, its been 100 days since I applied and my online status hasn't changed, it still says "Case Received" :-(

My guess is that they are overworked and underfunded which is why they put up the prices in December. I am waiting with you though man, still no movement on EAD or AP for me. I have the letter to my congressman ready to go in the post at the weekend if I still have nothing by Friday, you may want to do the same.

Haven't heard back yet however i am only on 86 days. i got an RFIE but then i've seen others with that as well that have gotten their cards. 

 

I wanted to start prepping my congressperson letter as well seeing as Newark is so slow. Is it possible to share a template of your letter please? Thank you :)

My EAD just got approved! It was a painful waiting period...but thankfully it's approved after 100 days. I hope those who are waiting to get their approval before the end of this week.
