I just spent a lot of hours working on this online DS-160 form and it appears to be bugged? Two of the pages do not save part of the data I put in. For example, I try to write my fiance's address on one of the pages and every time I go back to make sure the information is correct, the information has disappeared. This only happens on two pages.

Does anyone else have this issue? What did you do?

I have tried completing this form on both Chrome and IE to no avail.

Thanks!

EDIT:

It also keeps skipping one of the pages when I start from the very beginning. I have to press back to get to it.

You need to use the "save" button at the bottom of every page thousands of times during the DS-160 ordeal! :goofy:

Ha-ha, I've been using it every time before I go to the next page. I'll try hitting it multiple times. Silly government web developers.

EDIT:

"Saving" multiple times doesn't seem to resolve the issue.

It might very well have a bug, yes. It wouldn't be the first time, I'd suggest you try tomorrow or the day after again to see if anything has changed. They might not even work on these types of issues on weekends either.

It took me and my husband at least 3 hours to finish it but that was over a week ago. We kept saving it because it only allows you a certain amount of time before the page expires. But some of the questions had me ?????? it was definitely entertaining. Oh and we did the whole application on his phone

I love my husband ?‍?‍?

They ask so many questions that's why it took so long. Thankful my husband visa was approved a few days ago so it was worth it. I hope it starts working for you soon but definitely make sure you save it each page you complete
