Missing shots for I-485

Hi all,

i am going to file for my green card based on a K-1 visa. so here is the thing, i had my medical in august and i was missing a HepB vaccinations. so i had my first shot on 24th of August i think and one should be after a month and then 6 months. so the panel physician told me that if i am still in the country i should get the second shot.

i got my visa on 3rd of September, and i had my shot but he gave me a slip paper like a description that says i had my second shot witch his signature and stamp. Do i need to see a civil surgeon to fill out the medical form or what should i exactly do ?

Do you have a copy of your ds3025 (vaccination page of medical exam)? Does it say completed or something else?

Agree with A'n'L does it say complete?

HepB is not a requirement .....

Yes I do have a copy. It says that I got a MRR shot and that's completed. And then HepB shot on 24th August and then he mentioned that second shot is on 24th of sep and the last shot someday in February 2017.

I don't see your problem at all. Just use the DS-3025 from the K-1 medical you don't need anything else for the AOS
