How long until AOS approval?

Hey all,
We started the AOS process and we received an RFE because we forgot to include a copy of our tax transcripts.
Just wondering after we send that info off is anyone knows roughly how long until we would get an approval?

No one can give you exact dates. It varies from 6 to 12 months and everything in between.

2 weeks to 3 months.

If you put in a service request on your EAD, you'll most likely get a response saying that your EAD is within normal processing time, and that your EAD will be processed within 90 days of the date of receipt that USCIS received the RFE response.

Also, depends on how fast it ends up on someones desk, how busy things currently are in the office, etc. I've seen some people get their EAD very fast post-RFE, but I've also seen some people wait FOREVER for their EAD post-RFE.

Just like every other aspect of this process, you're either lucky to be on the fast end, or unlucky and end up on the slow end. You just have to sit back and wait to see where you fall.
