She must submit the ORIGINAL evaluation done by the psychologist, but all other documents she can submit copies. She should write down her own affidavit(9/15 pages) describing the courtship, marriage and abuse in details.

Her case will not be approved just submitting form I-360. She has to submit proof of the abuse, if the abuse was mental she has to attend therapy 5/7 sessions and she has to submit a GREAT psychological evaluation, she must write down her own affidavit (9/1 pages), get affidavits from family and friends stating about bonafide marriage and/or abuse if they have knowledge of the abuse, plus submitting proof of a bonafide marriage.

If her Vawa case is not strong then she should not submit form I-485 to adjust status because in case of I-360 denial she would be removed from the U.S.But filing I-360 without AOS she can't get work permit.Tell her to join the thread VAWA Part 7,and tell her to read all previous thread to understand how VAWA works, specially Vawa threads 4 to 7.
