Tier 1 or the whole customer service line is not for nothing called the misinterpretation line. Most of the time they don't know what they're talking about or giving out wrong information.

I think they can only see what we see and they give info we can find on Google, they don't have much access to anything so calling them is pointless. It's only general responses they have

It's annoying, honestly. You hope to get some right information but most of the time, it's not the right information they'll telling you.

Congratulations to everyone who have received their cards and approvals.. Really happy for you guys :) .. For me the wait continues.. I am on day 92 now.. The tier 1 guys refusing to connect me to tier 2 and all my service requests met with the same standard response.. I was supposed to start working on 9th Jan and  had tried to expedite the work permit as well but had no news whatsoever on that front too.. It is beyond frustrating !!!  On top for the new folks who are applying they have increased the fees.. Just wish the services where as good as the fees charged!

I don't understand, why won't they connect you? I called, gave my receipt number, they read what the case status said and then I just said "can u transfer me to tier 2" and the rep did..

I agree .. Sometimes i feel like shooting of a barrage stinker tweets.. but then my wife talks me out of it.. I want to tell them that the losses to the Government in form of taxes itself have been more than $3K with me losing the first month of employment.. imagine the tax loss to all of us combined

That's exactly what I was told both times I called. But I read somewhere that anyone who wants to speak to tier 2 should call early in the morning....

Call them in the early morning before 10am. They can transfer you to tier 2 and the call back usually about 2 hrs. That's what I've been doing every time I call them.

Do you have any RFEs? That usually slow things down.
