im sure everything will turn out fine, you're getting way ahead of yourself- i still have an I130 that hasn't been touched since October 2006. Good Luck to you in your journey!

Looking at your timeline, I think you should give it more time. You are still within the normal time frame of CSC's slow approval rate.

First I would like to say to you I do understand what you mean. Even with being patient you sometimes still get worried especially when you see others getting approved that have dates after yours. But remember we are all going through this process together. We all get impatient but in the end we all have to wait until CSC do their thing. There is nothing wrong with you voicing your impatience either.

i read i think here in the forum that if you file for K3 and I-130 and you pursue K3(as you did cause you entered the country after having k3 VISA approved) then you cannot pursue I-130. Isn't that correct? If it is then it is normal not to have a touch since october...

Anyway, wish you good luck withthe rest of the process :)

The average wait time right now the the CSC is 98 days for K1 visas based on the timeline of other VJ'rs. Remember, the average is 98 days, some will come before and some after.

Keep yourself busy, you have a long wait ahead of you until your fiancee can get her visa.

Does that mean after the NOA2? Or when the Service Center is actually looking at it?

MEI: what is the difference? The SC will look at it for aprox 15 minutes and issue NOA2.

The 98 days is waiting for YOUR 15 minutes of fame.

ummmm, think someone is jumping the gun here a bit. I looked at the timelines and there are still several December filers waiting for approval. January filers haven't even begun yet. Being patient is trying and that is why we have each other here. We all know what it is like to go through the process. Try to relax and keep yourself busy.
