Spoke with a supervisor at NVC

So my case was already at NVC.

scan date was last June 22, 2016

sent for supervisor review on July 11 (first supervisor review)

sent for supervisor review again on August 22 (second supervisor review)

sent for supervisor review AGAIN last September 16, 2016 (3rd supervisor review)

the agent keeps on telling me that it takes up to 6 weeks but this is the 2nd 6th weeks and they want me to count for another 6 weeks? 3 6 weeks?

I asked for a supervisor, I talked to a supervisor and after minutes of convincing him that my case was under review for almost 4 months and I am calling from the Philippines and it is a long distance. I asked her politely that I am concerned about my application because I haven't heard either email or anything from NVC. So she said my application will be reviewed shortly. What does it mean?

Each time you ask for a supervisor review that adds on another 6 weeks.

i didn't asked for a supervisor review. They just forward it for a supervisor review.

However, I spoke to a supervisor on the phone and she said it will be reviewed shortly. will she really review it today?

Hi,I know your feeling I'm just being told a different story every time I call them they will tell you anything to blow you off. Just have to sit back and wait it out

The supervisor most likely said that just to get you off the phone. Hopefully this one is honest and actually review it today.

my uscis only lasts 1 month.exactly 1 month. I am in NVC stage and it is almost 4 months. No updates.

Me too but my uscis stage was 75 days

My expctation is .. if someone his first stage went fast they dely him in second stage and the third stage and i have friend like us we transfered to supervisor i think they mean it to delay us

Exactly becuase me and some of my friends we have the same scan date and we r like 2 month since scan date and we got nothing because first stage didnt take long

Correct my second scan date was in August and nothing yet just getting the run around from NVC
