Ok so My soon to be father in law in lwa told me that the approved petition packet will be forwarded automatically by uscis to national visa center for further visa processing. My fiance who is the petitioner will be receiving notice of instructions i.e. submission of the same requirements you submitted to uscis. Plus on line payments of the visa fee and affidavit of support fee. Once my fiance pays both fees on line he now will be able to print the cover letters with bar codes plus the form I-134 Affidavit of support which ONLY him could send to nvc before the same office will send to the embassy in manila for your biometrics, medical exams and interview.

Sio my quesrion is to we nned to sunmit the same documents we sent to uscis to nvc?

All the you were given is wrong. For a K1 all the NVC does is assign you your case#. Start calling in about 2weeks from approval and get it.

You need to get your documents together for interview. Your I-134 (affidavit of support) is one and some others.

Here's the info page here that tells somethings also please go visit your embassies website and see what you need to prep for your interview.

Yes you need evidence of relationship,Police report, Affidavit of support, your certificate to say you are single (CENMAR I believe)

When your fiance's petition is approved, he should wait a couple of weeks or so until the National Visa Center (NVC) receives his approved petition and assigns an MNL case number to it, then start calling the NVC every day until they give him the MNL case number.

Once he has the MNL case number, you can pay the visa fee at NBI, schedule the embassy interview, and complete the medical at St. Lukes Extension Clinic.

The U.S Embassy Manila web site has all the rest of the details.
