It's been one month and 12 days and I haven't received my biometrics appointment letter. What should I do?

We got married on July 22, 2016 and filed I-485 and I-130 concurrent application for AOS from F-1 status on August 5, 2016.

NOA date is August 15, 2016.

The Center involved is National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit Mo. However, I lived in Manhattan, New York.

My file was last reviewed on September 9, 2016.

Should I panic? I read on USCIS website that the biometrics interview should be within 30 days of receiving the NOA.

I just made a USCIS appointment on Oct 11 in Long Island.

Sorry if I seem like I am panicking. We are planning a big wedding in Taiwan on December 30. I hope to get my Travel Document so that I can attend my own wedding! Fingers crossed.

Any experience or advice will be much appreciated.

I've checked and it seems most people have had their appointments.

I wonder if my letter is lost in mail. We filled out the form for electronic notifications. I wonder if we would get an email/message when they send out the appointment letter.

Anyone has any experience?

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

Just as an update - I called the customer service line and that person said it could have been lost in the mail and told me to wait for it to be rescheduled as I have already started a service request.

I then told her that this is urgent for me as I have my own wedding to attend and she said I should talk to the second level officer. The wait for the call back from the second level officer is 77 mins. It has been 30 mins now. I am still waiting.

I spoke to a Tier 2 officer and he said that my bio metric appointment hasn't been set up. As I have filed a service request last Friday, they will have to respond to me by Oct 8. I guess this is a waiting game now.

I have this message on the USCIS Status Online:

On October 3, 2016, we sent a response to your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number T1E2671600992NYC.

What does this mean? Are they sending via mail?
