Visit after receving NA01 to show prroof of ties

Have received the first notification NAO1. planning to visit my Fiancé the petitioner in two weeks for 4 days still deciding whether to fly there or take a bus so cross land border. What to bring to show proof of ties? I think airport is easier than land border cross from my experience but sometimes cost wise land border is the cheaper option. A Letter from work saying when I’ll be returning to work, at present I don't have a lease but can have the person I pay rent to write a letter and sign it. What else should I take just in case? Any other advice? My last visit was last week for 5 days. So I make frequent short visits never had an issue but wondering how it will be now after this is in progress now.

I would say that the bus is going to be cheaper. When I came to the USA after our NOA1 I brought what you have mentioned, letter from work saying when I would be returning (I was actually able to get the schedule where it said that I had taken the days off and was due to return), I took mail from the Canadian Government with my address on it (It was an statement saying I owed the government money at the time), I had a return ticket, as well as the I-129F packet and NOA1 to show that my now wife and I were doing this the legal way and not trying to circumvent any immigration laws. As others would say, be honest with CBP or else they will catch on and can deny you entry for misrepresentation.

when you took the i129f packet was it just the form you took the i129f form or the whole packet?

Don't worry too much about it. From the time I got my NOA1 I travelled to the US 3 times. And i got my NOA2 and went to New York and had no problems. They didn't ask me anything it was a bit unusual but at the same time I'm sure if you simply show them your work schedule etc you should be fine.

Yes, bring proof of your ties to home.

If CBP inquires, say that you've filed the I-129F petition and are visiting in order to build evidence of your bona fide relationship for the eventual K-1 visa interview, because you're concerned about doing things correctly. The CBP agent should have no retort to that.
