I am filling out my N400 and want to get it right first time so it is not returned to me.

Part 8 regarding marriages, this is the 3rd time for both of us and I am not sure whether include our marriage when it asks how many times has your current spouse been married. I have put 3, but is this correct. Just need confirmation.

Also, when it asks for legal name of my current spouses prior spouse, do we need to find out their current surname, as both his ex wives have remarried.

Thank you I advance for your help and input.

It includes the current marriage. Just answer the question plainly, as it asks, how many times have you been married?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Thank you, that is what I thought, but nice to have confirmation. What about the family name to use for ex wives, would that be their current married surname, their maiden name or what ?
