It doesn't matter. You can put both names if u have the same last name for example Jack and Jill Wagner. Or simply put the USC name

11/04/2016 - Received Biometrics Notice

11/18/2016 - Biometrics Appointment completed

1/13/2017 - EAD card in production/ EAD Approved
1/18/2017 - EAD card mailed 

1/21/2017 - EAD Card in hand

5/12/2017 - Interview Scheduled straight from fingerprint fee received 

06/14/2017 - Interview done - Approved on spot! 

06/14/2017 - RFE Mailed 

06/23/2017 - RFE received for I-693, USCIS reviewing

07/27/2017 - Card in production

08/03/2017 - Green Card received
