I paid already the $125 affidavit of support and i assigned myself as an agent (ds-260) of my parent for my petition to them... is it ok that i send first all the documents the i-864 then later on the visa processing fee of $325?

You could send all civil documents with AOS package and supportive documents together.

It is what it says at the NVC website

I think you could do it.

They will not complete case until IV fee is paid and DS 260 complete.

Ok... so before submiiting all the docs i need to pay the visa processing fee too...

This guide will help. We paid aos fee, picked agent, then sent aos and iv packets, paid iv fee then ds260.
