Hi. I would just like to ask. I am here in the US for almost two years now and got in here through fiancee visa. Now we are planning to petition my 11 year old son who is in the Philippines. I would just like to ask what kind of visa should we apply for my son? My husband will be the petitioner.

Op, the best is if your USC spouse petitions the child via the I-130. The process will take about a year that way.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
