Checking to see if NVC has received my case from USCIS

It's been about two weeks now since I got my NOA2, and I'm wanting to touch base with the NVC to see if they've received my case yet. I've called the number for them, but I wasn't sure which option to pick for this request:

1, to verify priority date

2, to establish an agent, request fee bill or invoice number

3, to verify that they received your mail

4, to confirm date and time of interview

5, to update your mailing address, phone number, email address

6, if your case is at a US embassy or consulate overseas

7, for all other questions

Which of these options would be most applicable to what I'm trying to figure out? None of them stand out in particular to me.

Or, should I started with USCIS and see if they've sent my case yet?

My fiance called NVC and picked option 3 for a case number. Good luck!

I always select option 7. I don't think it really makes any difference.
