Then you are SF office, right now at 7 months and 11 days, with a PD of August 8 you should have heard from them around March 19, a week ago, I would wait another 10 days and see what happens, then give them a ring.

Ok thank you .. ill keep u updated..

As of today, still no update on my case.

Hopefully there is next week.

The field office processing times were updated today - the page for SFV now shows a PD of July 14th (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do). Mine is July 27 July and no appointment scheduled yet. (prints done 18 August).

Anyone with some news/updates?

I just got some text messages and an email telling me my case was updated, and so I checked it is now saying I am scheduled for interview :)

Does anyone know for their situation, once you were first notified that your appointment was scheduled, how many weeks from then was it until your interview took place?

  • i.e how many days or weeks from today do you think my interview date will be? I'm asking because we have a baby due in the middle of May!
  • Also, if anyone here was monitoring their case online and hence got the emails or texts from uscis, how long did it take for the letter to arrive telling you when your interview date was?

many thanks

You will receive a letter in 8 days.  Your interview will be exactly one month from that (plus or minus a few days).  So expect an LA Office interview on June 2 or 5 (not weekend).  If you are due in Mid-May no worries!
