It saw video from us embassy Manila from 2 interviewer that did a video

Can you post the link so we can few it in it's native context? By doing so we might be able to help you out as we have no idea what you are referring to. Not you fault, just we haven't ever heard or dealt with NSL.

It was the visa hour. It's not a document.

It is saying it have a copy of a document that the copy has official NSL

Never heard of NSL. Copies of documents recorded at the NSO (National Statistics Office) can be obtained here:
