Hey VJ,

Sorry for my dumb question lol

I will traved to US with a K-1 visa this month on 19.

We intend to marry at the end of the month and apply for AOS asap. My question is, it will be EAD and AP at no charge it we send them with AOS file !?

Tip: Although you can file for AP and EAD together with AOS at no additional cost, remember that they are individual applications so make sure you put the evidence in for each, i.e. 2 photos for each, passport photocopies for each etc. I found following the requirements on the USCIS website worked best for each one, you can't go wrong by following exactly what they want! Good luck!

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.
