I apply I-130(family based pitition) only for my wife.I thaught that my son(6years old) no need of I-130 but now NVC ask to submit I-130 for my son by himself.My wife case is approved and waiting appointment letter from embassy for a visa.I need from you guys your help, how can I speed up the procedure of my son .I want both my wife and son to come at the same time.what kind of forms I need?Do i need to pay fee?

Are you able to transmit US citizenship to your child through report of Birth abroad ? ( Are you a UsC that has lived in the US for 5 years with status ? ) If not you need to file an I130 for your son and request an expediate for it. Mean while contact the consulate and ask them to delay your wife's petition until your sons catches up. On entry your child will become a USC ( I am assuming you are already a USC )

You can start it by a call once you have your first notice. You have to edpediate at every step. You should be able to use the fact this is for a young childs petition to immigrate with sole non resident parent. Also because of the fact the child will be a USC on arrival you can technically waiver the need to the I864 although that sometimes confuses them and causes delays.
