Timeline

I got married 5 months ago .. Our Petition has been approved and they forward it NVC ... My wife is US national and she is studying ,not doing a job ... Is she want any financial support affedavit for this case?

Yes, the Affadavit of Support MUST be done, in every case. Your wife, the petitioner, is always the primary sponsor, but you can have a co-sponsor ( a US based US citizen or greencard holder to stand guarantoor for you). If her parents agree with the marriage, perhaps they would?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
