Hi. My husband and I got our case complete yesterday (not the email and not showing up online but was told when I called NVC). How long does it usually take to get an interview in Dakar? Also I've heard that you have to take pictures and screen shots of your conversations? Is this true? My husband and I met here in the USA before he moved back overseas. We got married in Dakar and in the time that he has been gone I've visted him three times, once for almost 4 months, staying with his family. Do I need to have all this stuff available for him to show proof at his interview even though we met and got together here in the US? My lawyer has never once mentioned needing any of that. I don't really care I just want to get everything prepared for his interview beforehand. Also can he go ahead and go get his medical exam? Thanks in advance. I'm really praying we get our interview date soon, this process has been so long and I just want my husband back with me!

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
