Hi everyone. Whats the chance that my fiance's medical exam will be done just in one day? I need to plan her flights from Cebu to Manila and want to know this specifically to book either a one day or two day flight. I have read that some times vaccinations are give on on the second day. Even some TB test are the 24 hour period right? Please give me some insight as to how this will work. She will be doing her medical exam for her and her daughter Wednesday of the week. Wondering if she will need 2 or 3 days for medical.

It's always a two-day process given she wont need to undergo the sputum test. That's base on experience.

On my medical exam last Aug. 18, 2016 (Thursday), I queued up before 4am. I was among the earliest. I got the Red Queue #5 with Online tag and finished the entire thing around 8:40am.

Although it was still early, I was asked to come back 9am the next day for the results.

02-26-2016 : Visited my aunt in Corpus Christi
02-27-2016 : Meet Ryan and he asked me out 
03-30-2016 : He proposed before I left U.S.
04-01-2016 : I left U.S. I wish I had enough days to marry him.
But, I have a very important business meeting to physically attend in Cebu on 04/04. I also have a business trip due in Japan for May 2016. 
Circumstances lead me to K-1.

With a child it's a three day process as it takes 3 days for the TB skin test for the daughter.

She'll be there at best two days because she will have xrays for TB and not skin test which younger children have. First day exam then second day vaccinations. We have seen some get their medical done in one day. Rare that that is, it can happen.

If your fiancee's daughter is age 2-14, the daughter will administered a tuberculosis skin test (TST) instead of a chest x-ray. The TST takes 48-72 hours before it is interpreted. This is why SLEC advises those with children age 2-14 to begin their medical no later than a Wednesday.

If all goes well, both mother and daughter could be finished on Friday
