My browser is Chrome and when I click on 'Quote' for the latest compiled list of Sep 2016 filers, the list shows up as an object in the editor and I can't edit it.

my i751 package to California Service center via Priority mail was delivered on 09/17/2016 (wow on saturday they accepted mail );

now i am waiting for NOA1.

I'd like to add myself to the list of September 2016 filers. Where do I find the option to change to Rich Text Editor?

For anyone interested, I wasn't able to use the Chrome web browser to edit the Sep 2016 ROC list. I used my iPad and was able to edit the text and fix the formatting.

I ran into issues with trying to find the rich text editor also. However, I found "my" way of doing it with the correct formatting and here's how.
1. Make sure you are on the correct thread you want to add the post to.
2. At the top of the thread, you will find a blue button that says "Reply to this topic". Click it.
3. You will see your posting box. You dont need to alter any fonts or colors etc.
4. Scroll down the page until you come across the first applicant date list. Copy and paste the list and relevant information and paste it in the editing box above. (I use the right mouse click button to copy text and right mouse click to paste. DO NOT "Paste as plain text" as it may not format correctly).
5. Your information in the editing box should look like the actual post with all lines and hyphens in line with each other.
6. If you are adding your name to the list, you need to add a line. Place curser at the end of the last line and press enter. This continues the correct font and size. Enter information (Your VJ name in CAPITALS) and be careful not to erase any other lines. If you are unsure if you have, click cancel button and start again.
6. To edit hyphens to add dates, find your line with your information on it and delete the hyphens and replace with date.
7. Lastly, if you added your name, make sure you put yourself in the right service center ie, Vermont or California. Remember to change the number of applicants depending on which service center your petition is at.
8. PREVIEW POST. Just to make sure everything looks right before posting. If it looks right, then "Add reply". You're done.

Ozgirl1981, I tried doing it "your way" but when I do it like you instructed above, the formatting (words in bold, spacing, font, etc...) disappears. And no, I didn't just paste it as plain text. I will have to stick to what works for me and that is by using a Safari browser on the iPad.

Are you referring to "Post Options"?

I tried "Enable emoticons" and "Enable signature" checked and unchecked. Both give the same result - loss of formatting.

When you hover over the icon, it just says options. Once opened it says editor options. Same line as "font" and "size". Far right hand side of the editing/posting box.

3. You will see your posting box. You don't need to alter any fonts or colors etc. One of the icons (top right hand side) is the editor options. Once clicked 2 boxes pop up. Make sure "Paste as plain text by default" is unchecked.
4. Scroll down the page until you come across the first applicant date list. Copy and paste the list and relevant information and paste it in the editing box above. (I use the right mouse click button to copy text and right mouse click to paste. DO NOT "Paste as plain text" as it may not format correctly).
5. Your information in the editing box should look like the actual post with all lines and hyphens in line with each other.
6. If you are adding your name to the list, you need to add a line. Place cursor at the end of the last line and press enter. This continues the correct font and size. Enter information (your VJ name in CAPITALS) and be careful not to erase any other lines. If you are unsure if you have, click cancel button and start again.
7. To edit hyphens to add dates, find your line with your information on it and delete the hyphens and replace with date.
8. Lastly, if you added your name, make sure you put yourself in the right service center ie, Vermont or California. Remember to change the number of applicants depending on which service center your petition is at.
9. PREVIEW POST. Just to make sure everything looks right before posting. If it looks right, then "Add reply". You're done.

Someone else in that thread said CSC was still taking about 6 months.

CSC filers are supposed to get biometric appointments in 30 days, but every one in those Aug threads are fuming since they did not get the biometric appointment.
