9/9/2016 Is yr NOA1 date or 751 date. Asking because NOA1 Dates are generally 2-3 days from sent date but yr NOA1 date is 17th which is little far.

Paperwork was sent Sep 9th 2016.

Case received Sep 13th 2016.

NOA1 received Sep 17th 2016.

You think?  

What makes you think they are going to drop the second half of June, most of July and August and start pumping out September  approvals this month?  

I only mention because half of June CSC have yet to be approved and most of July. 

 

Realistically I think September 2016 should be looking at November earliest for approvals.  Sad -  but probably true.

I was thinking October too, based on the processing times... But I'll be honest, when they have a pile of files to go through, they are going to start picking the 'neatest' and most organized files out of that pile to do... That's human nature. So while the 2 recent approvals are maybe lucky dips from that pile, it still means that September files are in the pot for picking now! Just my opinion.. While I still think there's a wait, it could also be any day now!

I agree! I mean it'd be amazing to have our cases approved but what about June and July and august filers?? LoL

Does this mean that they were looking into up to June 15th filers and now all of a sudden they're looking into July, August and September filers at the same time? weird?!!!?!

I hope we all get approved asap but I'm still setting November as min bar for approvals. It's just me, I always take the ultimate scenario..

My prediction only applies to VSC applicants, unfortunately CSC is on a whole new level altogether. As I said earlier, Sept 16 filers would see approvals in August or September latest. We'll see how all this unfolds

CSC is on a whole different planet, let alone a different level - We shall see how it unfolds.  I remember when VSC was the bad boy, going slow, lagging way behind CSC.  Maybe they moved staff from one to the other, and the balance tilted dramatically the other way. Who knows how they run these places. 

I hope they get a sudden surge and start clearing their backlog soon! Good luck!

July filers list on visajourney for CSC is so long it's almost 80 people...... why's that?

Compare it to other months list of CSC.

Were there huge number of folks who filed in July?  in July some thing happened and might have led to flooding of petitions.
