IR-1/CR-1 False Checklist???

Late last night my wife and I got an email titled: checklist. It is very confusing and after looking around on the internet I am super confused as to what they are asking for. The 3rd page that says correspondence instructions says this:

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

And underneath this it says:

_____5 - MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE: __________________________

This is when the checklist gets weird, because underneath this line in the checklist it gives us a whole paragraph of something I can't read or understand because it looks like the typing is written in greek. Anyone care to help me figure out if this is a real checklist or a false one?

Did you get married in US or abroad? Did you include a copy of your marriage cert with your petition and supporting documents?

We got married in Guatemala and yes our attorney was on top of everything so as far we know everything was filed and sent in correctly. I really just want to understand why they put all this greek writing underneath this... I was looking at other peoples checklists that looked similar to mine and all the instructions were in english, whereas it looks like our instructions are in greek... I tried to copy and paste it into google to see if anything pulled up and it just pulled up a bunch of question marks...
