RFE and new joint sponsors tax return question

Hi so I got an RFE for my joint sponsor requesting that he submit last years tax return and his assets since apparently he didn't meet the guideline. So, instead of doing that, my mom is acting as a new joint sponsor and we have all things. I864, pay stubs, birth certificate, last years tax return.

First question: anything else we need?

2nd: on the i864 it asks for the amount of last 3 yrs of tax returns and my mom had trouble finding her tax copy of 2013 so she ordered a transcript via fax on aug 10 and it still hasn't arrived yet. It said it would only take ten days so now I'm really worried cus she said she wasn't going to order another one so I asked her to look online, maybe there's a way to instantly view it. My question is, if she doesn't get the transcript on time, can we just leave 2013 blank on the i864 and send it in or would it be automatically denied ? Does anyone know if there's a way to view transcripts online? Tia

Apart from tax return transcripts, make sure your mom also gets a employment verification letter from her employer.
