Stressed about not receiving Biometrics letter

Hi all,

My N-400 online status indicates that the Biometrics letter was mailed on Aug 5. However, I have not received it yet! I am really stressed out because most biometrics dates are 2-3 weeks from the date the letter is mailed and I am 2 weeks out already!

What can I do now?

1. Call USCIS hotline - already did that on Friday and they told me to wait for 30 days.

2. Infopass appointment - earliest possible appointment I could get was Sept 1 and I fear that may be too late

3. There is some talk here about the interview letter being loaded in your USCIS account online? I did set up an account for my Removal of conditions and I logged back in just now, however there is no letter.

Any help?

Thanks in advance!

My husbands letter was on the site and then was not there today--- Ours was mailed the 5th and we got it in 3 or 4 days. Our bio is this tuesday.

I am not sure what is going on with the website as it was there and now they are not. It looks like they made the update but not a working one. I hope you get your letter soon. I would make an info pass- they may even let you do your FP then.

Thank you! Actually, I just logged in and checked! The letter was available and my appointment is on Wednesday, Aug 24! Way to drop the ball USCIS! I would have definitely missed my appointment if the letter didn't show up on my account.
