Hello VJ, Am sure someone has answered this before but I can't seem to find it anywhere. my question is I am filing i-130 for `both my child and my mom. Do I need to pay 2 separate fees or just one single fee for the filing??

two separate petitions and fees

even though you will need to file two seperate I-130s be sure to mail them together , i did not and added to the wait time as they went to different centers for processing
