Ive lived abroad my whole life, I've sent out a couple weeks ago my US taxes (last three years) which I had never done before. is there a chance I could send out my AOS/IV package to NVC (which should be due for sending in about a month, whereas the tax transcripts should take 2-3 months to be available) without the transcripts, and hope for a CC with checklist?, since they might take a couple months to be made available, and I could take them to the interview only?

Mind you I do not have W2 since I've always lived abroad.

If you register here you can get the last 3-4 years of IRS transcripts immediately.

Do you have a cosponsor lined up?

Although tax transcripts are preferred, you can include complete copies of your tax return.

Also, have you made efforts to establish US domicile?

I'm planning to apply with assets (I'm still waiting for a deposit for the sale of our apartment to made into my account by the bank, If it takes any longer than a couple weeks I have a co-sponsor lined up).

Great news! Are you saying I can attach a copy of the tax return that I filled out and sent out? if so: hooray!

About domicile I do have a few things to submit! :D
