Hello,

Just a quick question.

I was asked to be a co-sponsor for CR-1 I accepted to be one I make more than enough to cover for 5 but I have little problem I am the US citizen whom has my own pending application with my husband who came here with a K1 and is currently on i751 pending application (February 2016 Filer) can I still be a co-aponsor for someone else with an application pending?

Thank you very much for you time

If you make enough for your household (you, your husband, any kids or other dependents), plus the other immigrant, you can sponsor.

If you filed "married, filing jointly" with your husband, he will need to fill in a I-864A alongside your I-864.
