I could be wrong, but she may still have to take the CFO seminar.

Yeah I have a wage memory of this being brought up before where someone from the Philippines left from a country other than the Philippines and they still had to do it.

You are wrong. CFO gets her out of the Philippines. She's already not there.

But what if she returns on AP? Will they let her out of the Philippines?
